The present invention is directed to systems and\/or biopolymer devices and methods of using the same. The systems and\/or biopolymer devices described herein can be used for delivery of a fluid and\/or molecules such as therapeutic agent(s), and\/or for recruitment or collection of body fluids, e.g., for medical diagnosis. Methods of making and using the systems and\/or biopolymer devices are also provided herein. In some embodiments, the systems and\/or biopolymer devices can be used for continuous delivery of a therapeutic agent to repair or regenerate a tissue in a subject.
